Shimano Tiagra 10-speed Rear Derailleur Road Bike Long Cage RD-4700

This derailleur came from a 2010s road bike and worked well when it was mounted. There is minor normal wear, and some grime buildup from years of riding. The bolt and washer that clamp down the cable do not seem to be original (see last photo) but they did the job fine. Pulleys spin freely, pivots move smoothly, etc.
This is the long cage model, will work with wider range cassettes.
